In this month’s Cognitive Health spotlight, I’m asking: How does YOUR brain health measure up?
Now you can find out with Cleveland Clinic’s Brain Check-Up: a free online self-assessment that asks you questions based on the 6 pillars of brain health – physical, nutrition, medical, sleep, mental and social – and scores you on each one.
The Brain Check-Up is easy. All you need is a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Visit https://healthybrains.org/brain-check-up/ to get started. You will register for a free account to track your progress, and then answer a series of questions about yourself and your lifestyle choices. The entire quiz will take about 10-20 minutes to complete.
After the test, you will be taken to your personal dashboard, where you can…
- Download and print your Personal Brain Health Report
- View your overall BHI (Brain Health Index)
- View each individual pillar score & customized tips for score improvement
- View your BMI (Body Mass Index)
- Test your memory
You can return to your dashboard over time and retake the quiz to see how your pillar scores are improving.
Cleveland Clinic’s goal of their Brain Check-Up and user dashboard is to help you make lifestyle choices that may reduce the risk for brain disorders.
So what are you waiting for? Visit https://healthybrains.org/brain-check-up/ and take the Brain Check-Up today!
